    Wyoming SOS updated their filing form UI on 2026-03-25. Our Computer Use agent adapted within 4 hours (no code change required). Playwright fallback required a one-line selector update, deployed same day.

    Replaced SHA-256 with BLAKE3 for audit chain hashing. 4x throughput improvement; enables sub-millisecond hash verification on the full 7-year retention. Old chains re-hashed in place with provenance preserved.
