Wyoming statute requires a registered agent to maintain a physical office during business hours, capable of accepting service of process. We own our office (not a mail-forwarding co-working desk, not a UPS box), with staff licensed to receive and sign for documents.

Every mail item scanned, classified, routed

Paper mail gets scanned within 24 hours (same-day for anything marked “service of process”). A classifier identifies the document type — Secretary of State, IRS, tax, legal, general — and routes it to the matching entity inbox. You can set webhook and email notifications per class.

One-click legal hold, export to PDF bundles

If litigation is pending or anticipated, flag an entity for legal hold from the console. We freeze the document lifecycle (nothing gets purged) and maintain chain-of-custody logs. Export bundles are PDF with metadata, admissible as business record under FRE 803(6).
